Delight dessert grape variety – complex sustainable (Bulgarian name: Naslada)
Vine variety Relish is a complex stable obtained by crossing of the varieties Muscat Hamburg and Seve Villar 12 37.
Bunch of Delight is a medium-sized, conical, loose. The average mass of a cluster is the 260 g. The average mass of one grain is about 4 g. The grain is average wholesale almost spherical. The skin is thin, fragile, greenish-yellow to amber. The consistency of the grain is fleshy and juicy. The taste is harmonious, with a slight muscat flavor.
The variety Delight is a middle-grapes ripen second half of September. The vines grow strong, with good fertility in stem formations and mixed pruning. Grapes from the variety Delight appropriate for bilateral use, such as table and wine.
In technological maturity content of sugars in the grapes is between 18 and 20%.
