Pearl of Csaba’s early white grape dessert. It is known as the White Pearl.

Perle de Csaba was selected in 1904 by a Hungarian grower Adolf Stark. These vines are spread is mainly in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria, met in Algeria, Tunisia, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine.

Other names are Csaba dandy Perlina Csaba, Pearl of Csaba and others.

Pearl of Csaba ripens in the second half of July. Grapes has a nice fresh taste and cover plate of strong muscat flavor.

Bunches and the grains are on average larger. The grain is valcea shaped dyed yellow, fleshy and failed to long transport and storage. It grows in all soils and exhibitions. Very good results gives a light but rich soils facing south.
